Depending on the context, we process personal data in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law, including:

• Consent or other lawful basis for processing personal data where required by law, in particular under Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".
• If we offer services/commerce online in Ukraine, we provide provider identification information as required under Закон України "Про електронну комерцію".
• For consumer relationships concluded online/distance, we provide consumer-related information and enable dispute/complaint mechanisms in line with the Ukrainian consumer-rights regime, including the possibility to refer to the e-pokupets portal, under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (including mechanisms for distance/e-commerce contracts).

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to your request, administering the matching flow, and complying with applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of request and legal obligations.
