Terms of Service

1. What the Service is (and is not)

The Service helps you search, compare, and get matched with properties and/or relevant options based on information you provide. We do not own, manage, lease, sell, or deliver the properties or services shown through the Service.

We act as a referral/selection facilitator. Any transaction, contract, lease, purchase, or service you enter into will be between you and the relevant third party (e.g., property owner or provider). We are not responsible for their performance, pricing decisions, availability, or any terms they offer.

2. User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your requirements.
• You must ensure you have the right to provide any personal data you submit through the Service.
• You are responsible for reviewing the details and conditions offered by the relevant third party before you proceed.

If the information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, the matching results may be incorrect or unavailable.

3. Lead/matching workflow and contact forms

When you request information or submit a contact/lead request, the information may be used to help arrange a match and/or respond to your request.

If your request involves personal data processing, we will handle it in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law and our Privacy Notice, including where consent is required.

4. Provider identification (Ukraine)

If you offer services/commerce online in Ukraine, provider-identification information must be disclosed so users and authorities can identify the provider. This Service is provided by:

5. Personal data and consent

If we collect and process personal data (for example, through a contact form), we rely on a legally valid basis, including consent when required. We provide data-subject information in our Privacy Notice.

6. Consumer rights and dispute resolution (Ukraine)

If you conclude a consumer transaction at a distance in Ukraine, the relevant consumer information, dispute resolution mechanisms, and complaint handling should apply to the party that actually provides the underlying goods/services. Where applicable, consumers may use the mechanisms provided under Ukrainian law, including the e-pokupets portal.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saltmerect is not responsible for:

• acts or omissions of third parties;
• accuracy or completeness of third-party listings, offers, or contracts;
• outcomes of negotiations or any disputes between you and third parties;
• any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date (if shown). Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
